Slow Rise Letters is a snail mail subscription built for the sourdough community. Not a box of stuff. A letter from one baker to another.

A portion of every subscription goes to Northwest Harvest, supporting hunger relief in Washington State.
What arrives each month:
- A handwritten-style letter with stories, observations, and the slow things
- A two-sided recipe card (recipe on one side, a colorable illustration on the other)
- Sourdough-themed stickers
- A small stationery extra, like a bookmark, art, etc.
