Shipping Policy

When We Ship

Slow Rise Letters ships once per month. Our first mailing goes out on or around June 1, 2026. Subsequent mailings go out around the 1st of each month. You will receive an email notification when your letter has been mailed.

Shipping Method & Delivery

All letters ship via USPS First Class Mail within the United States. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after the ship date, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

At this time, Slow Rise Letters ships to US addresses only. International shipping is not available at launch but may be added in the future.

Address Changes

It is your responsibility to keep your mailing address up to date. Address changes must be submitted at least 5 days before your next billing date to ensure your letter reaches you. To update your address, log in to your account or email us at [your email address].

Slow Rise Letters is not responsible for letters mailed to an incorrect address provided at checkout. We are unable to redirect or re-send letters that have already been mailed.

Lost or Undelivered Mail

We pack and mail every envelope with care. Once a letter has been handed off to USPS, it is in the care of the postal service and we are unable to guarantee delivery. If your letter has not arrived within 14 days of the ship notification, please contact us at hello@slowriseletters.com and we will look into it with you.

PO Boxes

We happily ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure your full PO Box address is entered correctly at checkout.
