Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations
You may cancel your Slow Rise Letters subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month, cancellations must be submitted before the 25th of the current month. Subscriptions cancelled after the 25th will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
To cancel, log in to your account on our Shopify store and manage your subscription from your account dashboard. You may also email us at hello@slowriseletters.com and we will process your cancellation within 2 business days.
Pre-Orders & Founding Member Orders
Pre-orders placed before June 1, 2026 may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is submitted on or before May 15, 2026. After May 15, 2026, pre-orders are final and cannot be refunded, as letters will be in preparation.
Refunds
Because Slow Rise Letters ships physical mail, all sales are final once an order has been mailed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after a letter has been sent.
We understand that sometimes things happen. If your envelope arrives damaged or you believe there was a fulfillment error, please reach out to us at hello@slowriseletters.com. We will do our best to make it right.
What We Do Not Refund
- Postal delays or delivery issues caused by USPS or other carriers
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout (please see our Shipping Policy regarding address changes)
- Orders cancelled after the monthly fulfillment deadline
